at 12.30am the 10th august my little cherub was born. i waited for the all important cry for me but it didnt come. fortunatley elisha was revived and was taken to intensive care. elisha was born 4 weeks eary so i had prepared myself for the worst. she started to thrive on intensive care and she was getting stronger everyday............ but at 12 days old doctors found 2 holes in her heart an ASD and USD. she was transferred to leed general infirmary where she underwent a 9 hour operation to reapair the holes............ the operation was a success.
